Global FM is pleased to announce the fourth annual World FM Day, to take place on 28 June 2012. World FM Day is a Global FM initiative to celebrate the importance of the FM profession. It aims at raising the FM profession profile around the globe, promoting facilities management’s ideals, not only within the profession and industry, but also among the governments and the general business community.

Global FM invites everyone to share their latest achievements and successes as a FM professional, as a team, company or country. The goal this year is to ensure World FM Day is a fantastic celebration of all the successes achieved by the FM professionals and industry.

World FM Day 2012 Google Map: Make sure your event is listed

How to add an event to the Google Map:

- First of all you need to have a Google account. In case you do not have one, click here to create one.

- Then click on the World FM Day Google Map link, sign in with your Google email and click edit.

-You will see some options showing up. You just need to look for the exact location of your event in the map, using the zoom and the pan.

- Once you find your location, just add a placemark to the map and then include the title of your event, together witha short description.
