Abstract: Strategic facility planning (SFP) is a process that can lead to better, more proactive delivery of services from a facility management organization to its stakeholders. Global FM Publishes its 2011 Annual Review
BRUSSELS, Belgium — (20 December 2011) — Global FM, the worldwide federation of facility management organisations, has released the 2011 Annual Review. The 2011 Annual Review sets out the vision and mission of Global FM, provides an overview of activities and summarises the financial position of the organisation.
Teena G. Shouse, CFM, IFMA Fellow, the Chairperson of Global FM stated:
